Washington University in St. Louis organized a celebration of William Gass’s novel via Zoom, featuring Joel Minor (curator of the Modern Literature Collection and manuscripts), and writers and scholars Greg Gerke and Ted Morrissey. The celebration was September 22, 2020, and about fifty viewers participated, with several posing questions via Zoom’s chat function.
